White Truffle Carnaroli Rice 250 gr

One of the most know italian rices meets the excellence of truffles. Our Carnaroli rice with dried white truffle flakes is ready to be the star of your recipes. 

The Chef’s recipe: TO FEED 4 PEOPLE, toast 250 g of 'APANI® RISO AL BIANCO' in a pan with some evo oil and chopped shallots until it becomes golden. Once toasted, a er having blended it with 1 glass of white wine, pour it with 1 lt of vegetable broth until you reach the desired cooking (about 12 minutes). 
Then add butter, APANI® GRANA PADANO, APANI® EVO OIL and possibly real TRUFFLES in lamellas. Mix for 3 minutes and serve.
