The entire construction is foldable: dome, panels, visor. In seconds it collapses flat and disappears into a jacket pocket or a small bag. No bulk, no compromise, no carrying it in your hand because there's nowhere else to put it. It is the hat that goes where you go, without announcing itself.
When unfolded, it opens into a precisely shaped cap with a clean multi-panel dome and a curved structured visor finished with a contrast black trim. The elastic back closure ensures a secure fit with no adjustment hardware — nothing that catches, nothing that fails. The embroidered APANI logo sits on the front panel: present, but not demanded.
The outer shell is engineered in three fibres calibrated for a hat that must fold and return, again and again, without memory: 56% viscose — the most breathable fibre in the semi-natural family, chosen for its exceptional softness at the touch and its ability to fold and unfold without retaining creases or deformation; 40% polyamide — the structural backbone that holds the visor's shape when worn and withstands repeated folding without fatigue; and 4% elastane, the elastic memory that ensures the hat recovers its exact form after every pocket, every bag, every journey.
Inside, the AERO-DIAMOND™ lining does the performance work: a seamless breathable construction woven in a precision diamond pattern, anchored by the signature forest-green APANI branded inner tapes. The geometry is functional — it creates an active network of micro air channels between the cap and the scalp, regulating temperature and preventing heat and moisture buildup during sustained activity or all-day wear.
Available in a high-gloss coated finish — Metallic Silver and Anthracite — and a premium matte technical fabric — Taupe and Navy.
