APANI PHYTO-SKIN™ is produced through a bio-engineering process that transforms fruit waste — primarily citrus and prickly pear skins — into a material that replicates the fibrous structure of animal leather without deriving from it. The result is a surface with natural grain, authentic body, and behaviour over time identical to leather: it softens with use, develops a patina with travel, tells the story of where it has been. APANI PHYTO-SKIN™ does what synthetic leather cannot: it ages well. Unlike animal leather, it requires no livestock, carries no ethical impact, and biodegrades at the end of its life. Unlike polyurethane, it does not crack, peel, or flatten. It exists in a category of its own: ethical in origin, authentic in behaviour, luxurious in result. The stitching is reinforced, the main compartment holds its shape, the branded zipper tapes are engineered to withstand thousands of openings. A backpack that does not show its age — it wears it. More generous than it looks. REBEL is engineered to maximise internal volume without adding external bulk: the silhouette stays clean, the carry stays effortless. The main compartment fits a laptop up to 15” with a dedicated padded sleeve, documents, and everything needed for a trip or a day out without choosing what to leave behind. The front zippered pocket and side utility pocket with bungee cord handle quick access. The interior is lined in black satin with the APANI green woven label.
