Why APANI® invest in a cheese already known as one of the best products in the world? Because it wants to bring it back to its original recipe, before modifications due to progress and industrialization. APANI® has chosen for its production of Grana Padano centuriesold stable meadows in a small area south of Lake Garda, on the banks of the Mincio in a unique and protected ecosystem, candidate for UNESCO heritage. APANI® produces a limited number of wheels of Grana Padano, using only milk from cows fed only with hay and alfalfa. It is a return to the origins and a tribute to one of the most famous cheeses in the world.
