of pigs! This particular breed is known for its superior quality: it has meat with a more intense flavor due to a higher percentage of intramuscular fat, which means a darker color, more firmness and greater tenderness.

From northern Spain, the grand reserve APANI® with sea salt curing, curing 1 month.
Delicately spiced, also excellent hot. It comes from red Duroc breed piglets, whose
fatty meat makes the product soft and ideal for flavoring when cooked with natural fat.
