DOLOMITI HERITAGE BEEF: THE JEWEL OF TRENTINO ALTO ADIGE
Dolomiti Heritage is a unique project, created by APANI® in collaboration with the farmers of Trentino Alto Adige, an Italian region that provides an ideal environment for raising cattle of the highest quality. Here, the animals grow in an extraordinary natural setting, grazing freely in ancient forests located between 1,500 and 2,500 meters above sea level, surrounded by the native flora and fauna of the Dolomites.


Their diet is equally exceptional: a rich variety of aromatic herbs and wildflowers, characteristic of these mountains, which impart authentic and inimitable flavors and aromas to the meat. Furthermore, the cattle drink from pristine natural springs, naturally enriched with mineral salts, completing a perfectly balanced and natural diet.


But it is not just the environment that sets us apart: we also pay particular attention to the longevity and well-being of the animals. The average lifespan of our cattle ranges from 8 to 12 years, sufficient time for them to develop optimal fat marbling and achieve extraordinary levels of flavor and nutritional quality. This careful management of age and respect for natural rhythms ensures meat that is not only tender and flavorful but also rich in essential nutrients.
