Pinot Noir

Pinot Nero 100% PURE is a RISERVA red wine, ideal to drink between 5 and 10 years of aging. The tannin content is not high and the acidity is quite marked. Due to the thin skin of its grapes, the color of Pinot Nero 100%PURE can vary from fairly light to medium intense shades, according to the maceration times. In youth the color will take on ruby red tones that will evolve with the aging in garnet red and then reach evident orange-red tones.
